DISC Facilitation Coach for Android
Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between you and Feels Edu, the developer of DISC Facilitation Coach. By installing or using DISC Facilitation Coach, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. If local law requires consent from a parent or guardian, you may use the app only with that consent. The app is not directed to children under 13 or the applicable minimum digital-consent age.
2. The service
DISC Facilitation Coach provides a DISC-informed facilitation guide, local session notes, readiness tracking, a saved-phrase toolkit, and an optional AI Coach that suggests a next question and a short activity. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for its intended purpose under these Terms.
An internet connection and supported Google services are required for AI Coach, response reporting, account deletion from cloud systems, and purchases. We may improve, suspend, or discontinue a feature. We will give reasonable notice where required, but we do not promise that every feature will always be available or error-free.
3. Account
The app creates a Firebase anonymous account without asking for your name, email, or password. You are responsible for access to your device. An anonymous account may not be recoverable after app data is cleared, the app is uninstalled, or you change devices. When available, you may choose Continue with Google to link the account and protect account-linked purchases. You are responsible for keeping access to that Google account secure.
You can delete the account and associated data in Settings → Privacy & data → Delete my data or use the external deletion process.
4. Your content and responsibilities
You retain any rights you have in session context, DISC notes, and facilitator phrases you enter. You grant us a limited permission to process the content you actively submit to AI Coach only to provide, secure, and support that feature as described in the Privacy Policy.
You agree that you will not:
- Submit confidential or sensitive participant data that is not necessary for workshop preparation.
- Submit content you do not have the right or lawful basis to process.
- Use the app to harass, discriminate, exploit, deceive, or cause harm.
- Attempt to generate illegal content, malware, fraudulent documents, or instructions for wrongdoing.
- Probe, bypass, disable, or interfere with authentication, App Check, safety filters, usage limits, or purchase verification.
- Reverse engineer or redistribute the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Resell, transfer, or exchange token credits outside DISC Facilitation Coach.
5. AI Coach
AI Coach output is generated from the context you choose to submit. Generative systems can produce inaccurate, unsuitable, or unexpected output. You must review a suggestion before sharing it or using it in a workshop. Do not rely on AI output as factual, medical, psychological, legal, financial, employment, or other professional advice.
DISC is used only as a communication lens, not as a diagnosis or validated assessment. DISC Facilitation Coach must not be used to label or evaluate personality, psychology, ability, performance, or job fit. The facilitator and team remain responsible for every decision, publication, message, and action. If a response appears offensive or unsafe, use Report response on that response card. The report dialog explains that submitting a selected reason also includes the displayed AI response text for safety review. Reports help us review content and improve filters; submitting a report does not guarantee a particular outcome.
6. Token credits and Google Play purchases
This section applies only when token-credit purchases are offered in the app.
- Credits are consumable one-time digital products purchased through Google Play Billing. They are not a subscription and do not renew automatically.
- The purchase screen shows the price, currency, and quantity before you confirm. Google Play processes payment under its applicable terms.
- Credits provide a limited right to request eligible AI Coach operations. They have no cash value, are not legal tender, are non-transferable, and may be used only in DISC Facilitation Coach.
- We deduct credits only for a request that our service accepts for processing under the rules shown in the app. A rejected, duplicate, or technically failed purchase must not create duplicate credits.
- Prices, included quantities, and credit cost per operation may change prospectively. A change will not reduce credits already recorded in your balance unless required to correct fraud or an erroneous duplicate grant.
- Refunds, reversals, chargebacks, and voided purchases may cause related unused credits or benefits to be removed. Refund eligibility is governed by Google Play, applicable law, and any additional policy displayed at purchase.
- Deleting your DISC Facilitation Coach account removes the associated credit balance. Account deletion does not itself request or guarantee a purchase refund.
If payment succeeds but credits do not appear, contact support with the Google Play order ID. Never send full payment-card information. Because an unlinked anonymous account may not be recoverable after uninstall or device change, complete the optional account-protection flow offered in the app before purchasing material credit balances.
7. Third-party services
DISC Facilitation Coach relies on Google Play, Firebase, Google Identity services, Google Cloud Run, Vertex AI Agent Engine, and Gemini. Your use of those components may also be subject to provider terms. We are not responsible for a third-party service beyond what applicable law requires, but we remain responsible for our obligations regarding the app and our handling of user data.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the app at any time and may request deletion of associated data. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, investigate abuse, comply with law, or address a material breach of these Terms. Where practical and legally permitted, we will provide notice and a way to contact us.
9. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Feels Edu will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for loss of data, opportunity, profits, or reputation arising from use of the service. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, or other non-excludable obligations. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
11. Changes and general terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the app, law, or provider requirements. We will update the date above and give additional notice where required. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Applicable law and dispute rights are determined by mandatory law and the rules that apply in your place of residence.
