DISC Facilitation Coach for Android

Delete your account and data

You do not need a subscription cancellation. DISC Facilitation Coach starts with a Firebase anonymous account and may let you link it to Google to protect purchases. You can delete either form of account inside the app or submit a request here after uninstalling.

Option 1: Delete from the app

  1. Open DISC Facilitation Coach.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Select Privacy & data.
  4. Select Delete my data.
  5. Review what will be removed and confirm deletion.

This is the fastest option because the installed app can securely identify its current Firebase account. The app clears its local session draft and submits deletion of the Firebase account and associated cloud data.

Option 2: Request deletion without the app

Email moonkyungfill@feelsedu.com with the subject DISC Facilitation Coach data deletion request. You may use this request even if the app is no longer installed.

Include as much of the following as you still have:

  • The deletion request ID shown in Settings → Privacy & data, if available.
  • A Google Play order ID for a DISC Facilitation Coach purchase, if applicable.
  • The approximate date you last used AI Coach or submitted a report.
  • A clear statement that you want the DISC Facilitation Coach account and associated data deleted.
Do not send a password, Firebase ID token, full payment-card number, government ID, session notes, or sensitive participant information. We will request only the minimum additional information reasonably needed to match the account record.

We will normally acknowledge an email request within 7 days and complete a verified request within 30 days. If we cannot reasonably match a request to account data, we will explain what limited additional information or action is needed.

What deletion covers

  • The Firebase authentication account, whether anonymous or linked to Google.
  • Cloud AI session content associated with that Firebase user ID.
  • AI response reports associated with that Firebase user ID, including the AI response text disclosed in the report dialog.
  • Account-linked token-credit balance and entitlement records, when token credits are enabled.
  • Session details, DISC notes/readiness, saved facilitator phrases, and disclosure state stored by the installed app when deletion is completed inside the app.

If you request deletion externally after uninstalling, data in the app's former private storage is ordinarily removed by Android during uninstall. Copies created by Android backup or device transfer are controlled through your Android and Google account backup settings and may need to be removed there as well.

What may be retained

We may retain the minimum transaction, refund, fraud-prevention, security, or legal record required by applicable law or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. For example, deletion may not erase a Google Play order from Google's records or a limited purchase-verification record that must be kept for accounting or dispute handling. Retained records are restricted from ordinary product use and removed when the applicable obligation expires.

De-identified aggregate information that cannot reasonably be linked back to you may also be retained. Restricted backups can take up to 30 additional days to rotate.

Credits and refunds

Deleting a DISC Facilitation Coach account deletes its remaining token-credit balance. Account deletion is not a refund request and does not automatically refund a Google Play purchase. To ask about an eligible refund, use Google Play's order-management or support process separately. DISC Facilitation Coach token credits do not auto-renew.
